The Cincinnati Bearcats took every cheapshot that the Dayton Flyers had to offer before falling to defeat in their last game of the year. There was a foul in the 1st half that the Dayton player should have been ejected from the game for , and that was not the 1st or the last hard foul , and the Bearcats just kept taking them. "National Invitation Tournament"

The Bearcats made an effort in the 2nd half getting as close as 3 points , but in the end they fell short , a microcosm of their season. Beating some teams they shouldn't have but losing to too many teams they should have beaten.

Goodbye Cincinnati Bearcats 2009-10 version. Thanks for the effort Deonta Vaughn.

Extremely Disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed with the results of last nights game with the South Florida Bulls. The Cincinnati Bearcats didn't show the same fire that they showed in Storrs over the weekend against UCONN.

They were outscored 41-34 in the 2nd half to go down in defeat to the USF Bulls 65-57. The Bearcats shot 38.8% from the floor and 61.5% from the line. Both of those stat line are pathetic for a D-1 team. I'm starting to question their readiness to play 2 games in 4 days.

Many people in Cincinnati are starting to ask questions regarding Coach Cronin and his ability to coach-em-up. He can definitly recruit, but there's much more to coaching than just recruiting.

Entering the contest they were a bubble Big Dance team, it looks like the bubble is about to burst.

If I'm not mistaken the 4 conferences that the Cincinnati Bearcats and the Louisville Cardinals shared were/are The Missouri Valley Conference , The Metro Conference , The Great Midwest , and Conference USA .

Did you forget about The Big East Conference terraorca , making it 5 ?

The University of Cincinnati 's Bearcats defeated the University of South Florida's Bulls Wednesday evening at Fifth Third Arena 78 -70. The bad news for the Bearcats was that they were outrebounded in the game and outscored in the second half .

Lance Stevenson sat this one out with a sprained ankle and Yancy Gates may as well have sat it out for all the minutes he didn't play because of his foul trouble . Gates only contributed 8 points and 2 rebounds . Deonta Vaughn was back to his old self scoring 20 pts. while a new star may have emerged in Stevenson's stead Jaquon Parker , who scored 15.

This takes the Bearcats record to 13-6 and 4-3 in the Big East. There are no easy ones left , only Big East games remaining . Next up for the Bearcats is our old rival from the last 4 conferences we played in together Louisville's Cardinals.

What are the 4 confereces that the Bearcats and the Cardinals played in together ? Anybody .Anybody.
